Attached is the article from the May 19th edition of the Virginia Gazette pertaining to Colonial Pedicab’s appeal to the Williamsburg City Council to not approve the change to the TourGuide ordinance to only allow walking tours.  This would not allow pedicab tours of the Historic Area.  Read it and weep at how unfair this is and how blatantly the city is in Colonial Williamsburg Foundation’s back pocket.
